The fireworks are best seen from the Park Hotels (they have special rooms) – however I used to live near there and all but the water show are pretty visible from about a 2 mile radius. The fireworks are set up in front of the Pirates of the Caribbean and fired over Tom Sawyer Island. There is a show directly over the water that utilizes light and pyrotechnic effects. If you dress her in her “bunny sleeper” (blanket pj’s with feet or even a sweat suit and socks) after Dinner and have her in the stroller you would enjoy the water side view best.
If you really want to stay in the Hotel -The Anaheim Travel Lodge and Holiday Inn are good hotels just make sure when booking to ask for a room with windows facing the park. Good Luck!
