I do not know how much the military discount is, but normal undiscounted tickets are $62 per person per day, I think the discount is pretty good, so that will be nice. You did not say if you are going on a weekend or weekday….A decent hotel (crowne plaza, fairfield by marriott, desert inn, candy cane inn) can be had for $60 or so on weekdays, and $85 or so on weekends. As far as food, in the area around Disneyland, there are all kinds of restaurants, from fast food to steakhouses, at the same prices you would pay anywhere for the most part. In Disneyland, it is overpriced, a fast food meal for one is about $10. As far as entertainment, if you need more than the parks, there are movies and malls nearby

“Everything” depends on how much you spend, where you eat and how much, whether you buy souvenirs, what types of entertainment you are interested in, etc. Since you didn’t mention those things, it’s virtually impossible to come up with an exact figure.
For hotels, I always recommend the Candy Cane Inn and Howard Johnson. Both are located very close to the entrance, so you don’t have to pay for parking. They cost $100-$150 per night, depending on the time of year and whether it’s a weekend.
If you eat in the park, it’s more expensive than eating outside the resort. However, it’s highly inconvenient to go outside during the middle of the day to get a meal. I recommend eating at Carnation Cafe, where entrees are around $9-$10. For dinner, try Cafe Orleans or the chicken dinners at the Plaza Inn. Entrees are $10-$15. You could eat a meal at McDonald’s just outside the park for about $7-$8 each, but it really takes away from the whole Disney experience.
You can save a lot of money by bringing your own water into the park. Sodas cost $2-$3, which adds up very fast.

Military discounts? I have no clue.
You can get a weekday hotel room, if you just want a motel, for about 50 bucks on a weeknight. Americas best value inn is right down the street and costs that much on a weeknight. They are decent if you just plan to crash at night. Its not like any motel around disneyland is going to be in a bad area. They really fixed up Anaheim in the last ten years.
Food, depends on what you eat. If you want to eat at a nicer restaurant like the Blue Bayou then you need to make a reservation early and it will cost about 40 bucks a person.
If you just plan to eat fast food within the park then plan on about ten bucks a meal per person.
There are a bunch of fast food places outside the park down Ball Rd. (near the inn actually) Burger King, Mcdonalds, KFC, El Pollo Loco, Taco Bell, Subway, are all right next to Disneyland. So is Dennys, Mimis Cafe, Carrows
You will have a car so you might want to take advantage of that.
Spring Breaks will be in march this year so Disneyland and CA adventures wont be very crowded when you go.
You wont need any money for entertainment unless you decide to catch a movie at downtown disney or something. There really arent additional entertainment charges inside the park.
Snacks can eat away at your money, lol. A churro is 3 bucks.
Mickey ears are 8.50, tshirts are way overpriced, pictures are WAY overpriced.
The best souvineers are the pics of you in front of the castle and with the characters. Make sure you take a good digital camera with plenty of memory and batteries.
Get there when the park opens. It will be empty and you will be able to get on several rides without waiting. If you plan on doing Nemo, run to that ride first, it is the longest wait right now.
Take advantage of the fast passes.
You are going in the middle of the week in april, it really wont be that bad.
Do the shows. They are fun. The Aladdin show at CA adventure only plays on thur and fri, I think, during the week, so you might want to make sure you do that park on one of those days. (call the park they will tell you which days) That is a really good show.
Disneyland can be as cheap or expensive as you want it to be minus the price of the tickets.

I am not sure of the discount offered through the military however the regular cost for entrances are as follows. The cost varies depending on whether you want to see just one park or both Disneyland and California Adventures. A day pass to a park, which allows you into only one of the parks that day, is $66 for an adult. A better deal are the Park Hopper Passes which allow you to go into either park each day. A 2 Day Park Hopper Pass will cost you $132.00 which is the same as 2 individual park tickets however you can go between parks if you want.
Downtown Disney is the only place where you will need money for entertainment and it varies depending on what you are interested in. There are a number of places to eat and some of them do provide entertainment. While in Disneyland or California Adventures all shows/attractions are included in your admission. The only costs you will have are for food, souveniers, and the arcades.
Eating costs vary however with such a short time you will probably want to spend as much of it in Disneyland as possible. If you are interested in meeting Characters then one of the character breakfasts, if they have them on, is a good deal. They are expensive however I personally feel that they are worth it. As they are buffett style I generally combine my breakfast/lunch into one to cut down on the costs. The cost, per person, for a character breakfast is $28.45. I generally allow about $54 per day for myself which will allow you to eat at Disneyland/California Adventures.
As for hotels, I use Expedia to look at rates and they will start at around $60 for a basic room and up from there depending on what you want. The Quality Inn & Suites Anaheim which is one of the Disney Good Neighbour Hotels runs about that cost for one night in April however I would splurge and go for something a bit more upscale. The Howard Johnson is abour $131 per night, close to Disneyland, and the last time I stayed there quite nice for the money but try for a room on the Disney side, it is quieter. Of course there are a variety of hotels at or close to this range around Disneyland so you should not have any trouble finding one.
