Not sure if anybody can get them but when I attend conferences in Orlando, the conferences always offer Disney passes with a 2:00 and 4:00 entry prices.
Also keep in mind that Universal and Sea world used to offer 2 day passes for the price of one. So, you could visit Sea World, Universal or the Islands of Adventure for 2 days for the cost of one day.

No you can not. Even if you got there 30 minutes before closing you would still have to pay full price if you wanted to go into the park.

They only have the full-price all day ticket. People enter and exit the park at all sorts of different times, so they can’t get too technical.
